OpenTV Selects Unicoi Systems’ Fusion® Embedded Software

ATLANTA, GEORGIA – March 27, 2007 – Unicoi Systems, a leading provider of VoIP and multimedia software and reference designs to consumer and industrial electronics device developers and OEMs, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to provide its Fusion software to OpenTV Corp. (NASDAQ GM: OPTV), a leading provider of enabling technologies for advanced television and cross platform interactive services.
