Unicoi Systems to Distribute Embedded Tools from AIJI System
Unicoi to Add OPENice32 Emulator and ARM Development Boards to Expanding Tool Line
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA –
April 21, 2003 – Unicoi Systems, Inc. (formerly DSP OS, Inc.), a leading provider of software solutions to the embedded device market, and AIJI System, a world leader in the embedded development tools market, today announced a partnership in which Unicoi will distribute AIJI products throughout the United States and Canada. AIJI products include the OPENice32-A900 JTAG based emulator for ARM processors, as well as various ASIC and SOC based ARM development boards.
While the OPENice32-A900 is operating system independent, Unicoi will offer special bundled pricing on the OPENice32-A900 when used with Unicoi’s Fusion RTOS for the ARM7. The OPENice32-A900 supports the ARM7, ARM9, ARM10, XScale and CDMA/GSM devices. It also supports the Linux GDB debugger, IAR’s Embedded Workbench for the ARM (EWARM), and the ARM SDT/ADS.
